By downloading or using GLP IQ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GLP IQ ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

GLP IQ is an informational and tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, dosage, or treatment plan. GLP-1 medications must be prescribed by a qualified physician.

3. GLP IQ Pro Subscription

GLP IQ Pro is an auto-renewing weekly subscription at $4.99 per week, billed through your Apple ID. A 5-day free trial is included for new subscribers.

Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
To cancel, go to App Store Settings → Subscriptions → GLP IQ.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. User Data

Your health data (weight, injections, logs) is stored locally on your device. We do not sell or share your personal health information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
